Anchor substrate conformance registry

This registry enumerates cryptographic anchor substrates that have been evaluated against the eight normative properties of the OCPP-AI Anchor Interface Specification v1.0 (properties I-1 through I-8). Evaluations are performed according to the procedure described in Section 6 of that specification. Inclusion in this registry constitutes a published conformance evaluation; it does not imply Foundation endorsement of any particular operational or deployment choice.

Substrates under evaluation

No substrates are currently in formal evaluation. The Foundation accepts substrate-evaluation submissions from any party. The evaluation procedure is documented in Section 6 of the Anchor Interface Specification; submissions may be sent to spec@ledgerproofhq.io with the subject line Anchor substrate conformance evaluation request.

Substrates declined for inclusion

No substrates have been formally declined for inclusion. The Foundation publishes declined-substrate evaluations with full documented reasoning when such evaluations are completed, in the interest of transparency about the Anchor Interface's binding constraints.

Status of this page

This is the initial publication of the conformance registry, 3 June 2026. Updates to the registry are themselves Bitcoin-anchored as Foundation governance events of type anchor_substrate_registry_revision and are linked from the Foundation governance events index on the specification root.
